Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 7 days.

JQ Lightsabers will replace or fix any structural defects and electronic failure that may occur within 3 months of purchase. This does not include damaged caused by duelling.
NB. Most of our lightsabers are easily serviced, with a full range of replacement parts to cover any damage that may result from duelling.
Commission built Lightsabers.
JQ Lightsabers require a 25% deposit on any commission builds with the balance payable on approval.
